Detailed Description
The Caravan is a 2003 Luxury Bluebird Contessa, 12' X 35', with sleeping up
to 8, in 3 Bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The Contessa is an a
attractive model, with a generous living area and comprehensive array of
standard features. Planned to make maximum use of space and light, the
Contessa has three bedrooms and is an ideal family holiday home offering
affordable high quality accommodation.
The caravan is in 'As New' condition with Widescreen LCD TV with Free view
digital box, DVD, CD player, Sony Play-station (with games), tennis rackets
etc. It has heating in all the rooms and a gas fire in the lounge. There is a
separate toilet and shower room with carpeting through out.
The caravan is positioned on an elevated plot in 'Poplars' (if you know the
site). The plot has a large patio area with BBQ, quality wooden picnic bench
that will seat 8, 2 reclining chairs and various beach toys and fishing
equipment. The plot can also accommodate parking for 2 cars with ease.
