Duvets are provided and bed linen is available for a small charge. There is a king size bed in the main bedroom, a twin bedded room and a pull out double bed in the lounge. Well fitted caravan only 2 years old. Car parking very close to van. No pets. Families, no one sex groups. Surrounding area is close to Camber Sands, many places of interest to visit. Site office personnel very helpful, temporary passes to Club House, indoor swimming pool and entertainment for all ages. Keys available from 3pm, either from hirer or the office, departure by 10am on leaving day. Maps of area in van.

Double bedroom has king size bed. The other is a twin bedded room both with wardrobes. Kitchen is fitted with full size gas cooker, fridge and microwave. Lounge has round table and chairs, seating all round lounge area. There is a pull out double bed. TV with DVD and video player, includes Freeview. We can leave chairs for your use on veranda. There is an iron and ironing board, small hoover and cleaning utensils for your use. Prices range from £220 p.w. in low season to £470 p.w. in high season, half term, weekend from £100 to £220. Minimum stay 3 nights payable in full. Bookings for a week or more require 20% deposit, in full if less than 6 weeks notice. There is a charge of £15 p.w. for linen, which is optional.
