caravan which is situated on the Haven flagship resort for the Uk. The resort
boasts a private beach, health spa, gym, spalsh zone, in and out door heated
pools, archery, golf, numberous childrens activities and lots to do for the
adults aswell. The nearest Town is the lovely South Devon coastal Town of
Exmouth, Exeter is a 15 minuted drive, very close to both Exmoor and Dartmoor
and a 30 minute drive from the maritime City of Plymouth. Excellent links to

Detailed Description
Our caravan was newly purchased in the summer of 2006 and is a Cosalt
Riverdale
Gold standard 8 berth static caravan with three bedrooms, one a double and two
twin beds, there is room for a childs cot. It contains a seperate shower and
wc
and the caravan is fed by mains water, gas & electricty. The living and
kitchen
area has a contemporary feel with a mains gas fire, hi fi, flat screen lcd tv
with freeview, dvd player, the whole caravan is heated via gas fired central
heating through radiators and is double glazed. It has a large veranda
offering
superb views over the resord, out over Torbay lovely views of the sunset. We
are situated on a quiet Close but within just a few minutes of all the many
amenities. There is an outside portable bar b que and a set of patio table and
chairs. There is parking on tarmac to the side of the caravan for one vehicle
and behind that there is a area of grass. The veranda is child friendly.
