our privately owned 38x12ft double glazed,central heated caravan is situated
in a
quiet location on the Haven
Golden Sands site, but just 5- 10 minutes stroll from the Blue Flag sandy
beach, as well as the clubs, indoor/outdoor pools, go-karts, children's and
adult entertainments, amusements, shops, restaurants etc., that are located on
the Haven site.
The town of Mablethorpe, with its many shops and restaurants, is close by with
a pleasant walk along the beach or main road. The regular Sand Train or the
local bus will also take you to the centre of Mablethorpe.
Detailed Description
Our privately owned 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan is on Haven's fabulous Golden
Sands site in Mablethorpe and is just a few minutes walk to both the Blue Flag
Beach and the Haven Entertainment Centre.Our spacious caravan has all the
equipment you will need for a fabulous self catering holiday including central
heating ,double glazed, 1
master bedroom 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 3rd bedroom also has 2 single
beds both can be made into doubles.Also the dining area can be made into a
double bed.There is also microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, large
cooker and oven and fridge. For your entertainment you will also find a TV
with DVD player and also a freeview digibox,
Pillows and quilts with covers are provided, but you will need to provide your
own linen, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels etc.
The children will never be bored at Golden Sands; there are clubs for tots to
teens, shows, fancy dress competitions and much more. The Funstar team do a
great job of keeping all the children amused each and every day.
ON SITE
The heated indoor and outdoor pools are fabulous and have features like aqua
scooters and swimming lessons. With loads of outdoor sports such as soccer,
basketball, archery, fencing as well as go-karts, mini tenpin bowling and fun
palace (ball pool), the whole family has it all at Golden Sands. Laundry
Facilities ,Convenience Store ,Gift & Hire Shops ,Playground area for all ages
A well stocked fishing lake is also located on the site but a full rod licence
is required
LOCAL AREA
Mablethorpe's award winning blue-flag beach is only 5-10 minutes walk away
from the caravan, where you can sunbathe, make sand castles, fly kites or have
a paddle in the sea. Ride the Sand Train and arrive at Mablethorpe’s classic
sea front promenade or take the road train or bus in to town passing the
Loewen Cinema showing all the latest releases.
In town there’s the Dunes Family Entertainment Centre - a real seaside
fairground with all of the family favourites; rides, games, stalls and
arcades, plus plenty of traditional foods. Low cost entertainment for all
ages. There's also Queens Park, a boating lake, a play ground area and
paddling pool as well as fabulous fish & chips ST ANNES fish and chip shop on
victoria road. Restaurants in the town include Chinese, Indian and Pizza
takeaways, so no need to cook!!!
The Seal sanctuary is well worth a visit and the annual favourite. Then
there's the Ferryboat pub do excellent pub meals for all ages – a welcome stop
at any time of the
