This is my own small privately owned caravan site (licensed for 5 statics) which will give you the benefit of low cost holidays in comparison to brochure prices of park operators. The caravan site is set at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac in the beautiful hamlet of Newholm which boasts an old world inn 'The Beehive'. Newholm is in the NY National Park & is approx 2 & a half miles from Whitby, which is one of the UKs most attractive towns. The nearest food store is approx 1 mile away. We are 2 miles from Sandsend which has 3 miles of lovely golden sands, cafes & walks. If you are looking for a quiet idyllic peaceful setting for your caravan holiday, with cleanliness & comfort as one of your top priorities, then you have found it. I have tried to offer all the comforts of home, plus more! The caravan is a 6 berth with 2 bedrooms & a pull out double bed in the lounge area. The lounge has comfortable seating with a gas fire, which adds to the cosy feel on chilly evenings. There is a TV DVD player radio CD/tape player in the lounge. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes & storage space; the twin bedded room also has a fitted wardrobe & storage space. There is a compact shower room with full facilities. Parking is by the caravan, weather permitting. I have tried to supply everything you will need to make your life that bit easier whilst you are on holiday. A welcome pack (tea coffee sugar & milk), ALL bedding, bedlinen, & towels, as well as gas & electricity are included in your holiday price. The kitchen is well equipped with Fridge (with ice box) microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & board, vacuum cleaner, full size cooker with grill & 4ring hob. All crockery, cutlery, pans etc are supplied as well as outdoor seating & a rotary clothes line. All breakages to be paid for. Sorry - no smoking in the van or pets allowed. I am constantly improving the caravan therefore the exterior/interior may vary slightly from the picture, but only to your advantage.
