We have a Cosalt Devon Super caravan available for hire. With central heating and double glazing. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin and 1 single which also has ample room for a travel cot. In the lounge there is a pull out settee which makes up the 7 berth. There is a LCD TV with intergrated Freeview, DVD player and a CD player. There is also a selection of toys and dvd's available. The kitchen is well equiped with a kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, cutlery and crockery.

We have a Cosalt Devon Super 37’ x 12’ Luxury 3 bedroom 5/7 berth with full central heating and double glazing which makes it snug at any time of the year. Located on Primrose Field, in a cul-de-sac, it is only a 5 minute walk to the main complex but also peaceful on a night time. There is also parking outside the caravan. The caravan has 3 bedrooms which sleep 5 consisting of 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single room, with ample room for a travel cot next to the single bed. There is also plenty of storage in all the bedrooms with hanging space, and drawers. There is also a double bed in the lounge within the settee which makes the caravan a 7 berth. The roof on the caravan is pitched, giving a lot more head room which is ideal if you are tall. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There is seating area within the shower which is ideal for children or the more mature guest. In the lounge there is a 26” LCD TV, with integrated Free View, DVD player, a CD player and a selection of DVD’s for children along with games to keep them entertained. All gas, electric and bedding are included in the price and also a complimentary arrival pack consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits, bottle of wine and toilet roll is included. We do not supply entertainment passes, however these can be purchased from Reception when you collect your keys. Please note that for the comfort of all guests we respectfully ask that you DO NOT smoke in the caravan and also we regret that pets ARE NOT allowed. A £50.00 deposit secures your booking; this must be received within 7 days of making your reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the beginning of your holiday.
