Caravan is fully equipped and now open for hire in the 2008 season,comes with two seperate bedrooms,one with a double bed the other two singles,the living room has the facility for a double bed,seperate shower cubical within the bathroom,living room has colour tv and dvd player gas fire,kitchen has a microwave,fridge freezer,full cooker,constant hot and cold water. Please note duvets,pillow cases and blankets are provided,bed linen,tea towels and bath towels should bought with you!! This caravan is privatley owned and is kept and cleaned to a high standard,it is situated on the closest site in newquay to the town and beaches only 10 mins walk from the site,the site is AA*** approved,it has all the usual facilitys on it,there is internet acess in the site office,mini market and off licence,laundrette with ironing facilitys,resturant and take away,public phone box and post box. Ajasent to the site is the waterworld park,with indoor flumes ect,in the grounds is the zoo,miniture railway and railway rides,tennis courts,crazy golf,pitch and put and a small park,just across the road from the site is the well kept trenance gardens and boating lake which hire boats,also horse stables with horse riding available. Within a mile from the site is morrisons supermarket and petrol station,mc donalds,and lidles. The site is with a mile from the local railway station and six miles from the airport. This is a chance to visit some of the nicest coast line in the uk,and visit some of cornwalls best holiday towns and resorts. Bookings are taken for a saturday to saturday basis unless agreed otherwise. Gas and electricity is free with all bookings,prices are per van per week! you can book into the caravan from 14.00hrs on the day of arrival and you should depart by 10.30am on the last day!! Bookings are taken only for families and couples,no single sex partys are allowed(site rules) and no pets!!
