Our privately owned caravan is situated on a family run park, within 5 minutes walk of a safe sandy beach with the Nova centre close by. The park is within walking distance of both the railway and central bus station situated in Prestatyn. We aim to provide a less expensive caravan holiday for you without compromising on comfort and quality. The caravan is only three years old and is furnished to a very high standard.Parking available next to the caravan for up to two vehicles.

3 Bedroom luxury static caravan (37ft x 12ft) made up of one double and two twin rooms (twin room beds can be moved together to create a double bed). Additional sleeping is available in the lounge area via a pull out bed. We provide pillows and duvets so all we ask is that you provide your own bed linen and towels. We also provide everything you would expect in a holiday caravan, including main TV, portable TV in main bedroom, dvd player,freeview digital box (or you could take your own sky box as there is a connection point), microwave, steamer, toaster, hair dryer and digital safe. For your relaxation a garden table, chairs and loungers are provided. As this is a family run site there is 24hour onsite security, together with a large play ground, laundry facilities and small cafe. Basic condiments are provided, all we ask is that you replace any you finish. Gas and electricity are included within the weekly hire rate which runs Saturday to Saturday, with departure by 11am. Please note this is a non smoking caravan. Any breakages must be reported to the owners and paid for. Upon confirmation of your booking a £50 non refundable deposit will be required. The balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to your arrival.
