The caravan is situated at Trenance Holiday Park, which is the only Park within walking distance of Newquay's beaches, shops and nightlife. Newquay is also ideally situated for those wishing to explore Cornwall.

The caravan is well sited on a cut grass area with free parking by the side. There are two bedrooms - one double and one twin (can be combined to make double). A further fold out sprung double bed will be found in the lounge. Pillows and duvets are provided, just bring your own covers. The bathroom has shower cubicle, toilet and handbasin. The kitchen is well equipped for 6 and has gas cooker, microwave and fridge. The lounge/diner has ample seating with gas fire and 32" colour TV with Freeview and DVD Player. The main bedroom also has a colour TV with Freeview. All gas and electric are free - no hidden extras! Trenance is surrounded by a 26 acre Leisure Park with 2 indoor swimming pools, gym, zoo, children's play area, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, bowling green, gardens, boating lake and 'wooden waves' skateboarding. A regular 'Hoppa' Bus operates from a bus stop just across the road from the entrance to the Park. Facilities on site include shop with off-licence, take away, laundrette, shower and toilet blocks. Please note there are limited facilities available early and late season.
