Privately owned ABI Arizona, 36ft x 12ft, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms,front lounge seating converts to another bed. Fully equipped to a high standard, everything you need for a home from home holiday for a family of up to eight. Kitchen has gas oven & hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and sandwich toaster. Lounge has separate dining area, with combi TV, Video & DVD player, clock radio-CD player, electric fire. Bedrooms have panel heaters, 2 of these are not in use in High season, hall has panel, in use all year round as is the bathroom towel warmer. Gas, Electric, duvets, pillows and bed linen is provided, you just need to bring your your own towels. Beds are made up for your arrival. A travel cot is available but you need your own bedding for this. Books, games and videos provided. Complimentary bottle of wine and refreshments for the kids is awaiting your arrival. Safety is our concern, Gas certifcate is up to date, smoke alarm in hall and living room, fire blanket in kitchen & fire extinguisher in hall, First Aid kit. At the rear is a paved patio with picnic bench. Family orientated Park, Bars, Food,Entertainment, Childrens Club, Sports Programe, Swimming Pool,requires purchse of Entertainment Passes, please enquire for price which is for up to eight people. Other facilities include Kids Adventure Playground, Crazy Golf, Supermarket and Laundry. We offer 7 nights or 4 night midweek stays,short breaks are not available in High Season. £50 deposit secures 7 night holiday, or £25 secures a short break. We may take one dog at our discretion, £20 refundable deposit and conditions apply. We also require a refundable Security Deposit of £30, returned after your return home. We are a strictly non-smoking unit.
