A separate shower room, with an inbuilt mini bath to bathe young children, and moulded seat to sit and shower or sit and wash sandy feet! A very large living room, with U shaped sofa to seat the whole family easily, 20" T.V., DVD player, Free view and midi system. A fully equipped kitchen. Parking beside the caravan. 4 indoor swimming pools and new flume, kids clubs for all ages and nightly cash bingo.

A very large spacious caravan. Sleeps 6 but a travel cot or child's small air bed would fit in the large main double bedroom which has a separate dressing area with double wardrobe and dressing table. This area can be curtained off for privacy. 2 main lights, one for the dressing area and one for the main part of the bedroom. A lamp above the double bed and a light above the dressing table mirror. there is also a single plug socket and electric razor point on the dressing table. There is plenty to do around these parts for all ages, turn left out of the camp site to enter Kent or right for Sussex. The site has loads of entertainment. All weather sports court. Large playing area with decking and bar to sit and watch the children play. The star Light club, Boathouse restaurant, Food Choice cafe and takeaway. Village shop and Launderette.Daily and nightly entertainment. Our caravan is near a small playing area more suitable for older children. Central to the club house, shop and reception. The beach is across the road from the holiday park, but for the flater beach and sand dunes a 5 to 10 minute walk along the road is all it takes!
